Bartender
Position Overview
We are seeking a skilled and personable Bartender to join our team. The ideal candidate is energetic, reliable, and passionate about delivering exceptional service. As a Bartender, you will create high-quality cocktails, engage with guests, and contribute to a welcoming, upscale atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to recipes and guest preferences
- Provide warm, attentive, and professional customer service
- Maintain knowledge of cocktail recipes, wine, beer, and spirits
- Keep the bar area clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times
- Process payments accurately and efficiently
- Verify guest identification to ensure legal drinking age compliance
- Handle bar inventory, restocking, and closing duties
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service throughout the shift
- Uphold all health, safety, and sanitation standards
Qualifications
- Previous bartending experience preferred (especially in a lounge or upscale environment)
- Strong knowledge of cocktails, spirits, and bar equipment
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while staying organized
- Positive attitude and professional appearance
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 lbs
- Must be 21 years of age or older
